The knight may take the spotlight, but the other pieces are also superb to handle and move across the board. Triple weighted, double queens, felted bottoms, all in grade one ebony. As with all fine sets, the slightly heavier pieces are the ebony, because of the density of the wood. The weights given refer to the ebony side.
