Wonderful double weighted (almost triple weighted) Staunton set of antiqued chess pieces with innovative design focused on the King. Get rid of that stuffy cross – let’s elaborate. Very nicely weighted and styled set of pieces made in solid Acacia wood The knight has good detail too – we like to see his teeth. Chunky pieces, nice to hold and move. Pictured on our leather mat – nice – but you may prefer to choose a wooden board – it needs to have 1.75″ squares or greater.
