This was my first order with Chessbaron and I would like to commend Chessbaron and Will, in particular, for excellent customer service.

Pre-order service was great and prompt: sending me additional pics of the set and answering my questions about its specifications.

Delivery was prompt and overall the set was lovely, but a couple of the pieces had manufacturing defects. Will arranged to have replacement pieces sent to me and now everything is perfect. Communication was prompt and courteous throughout. I highly recommend Chessbaron !
